2018-
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Computational Medicine and Bioinformatics, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
2016-2018
I was a postdoctoral researcher at Epidemiology department, Hawaii University- cancer center.
2009-2015
Hi, I was an assistant professor at the Biomedical Engineering Department at University of Science &Technology (YUST).
My primary research areas are computational Biology, Bioinformatics and Machine learning. I am heading the Bioinformatics Group at the Biomedical Engineering Department at YUST. Our group develops computational methods for understanding the interactions, dynamics and conservation of complex biological systems. Our work addresses issues ranging from the experimental design level to the systems biology level. In the past I have also worked on problems related to Diabetes Mathematical Modeling.
